【Abstract】 In order to Prevent oxidation of fish oil and prolong storage life, adding three anti - oxidants sodium phytate, polyphenol of tea, TBHQ into refined fish oil under 5℃ and 20℃. Test and analyze the change of POV and AV and get antioxidation effect of three anti-oxidants to fish oil.更多还原
