【摘要】 阐述了ＥＤＴＡ作为柑桔囊瓣去囊衣助剂的理论依据。对ＥＤＴＡ与ＮａＯＨ配合处理求得最佳比例及用量。同时分析了传统二步法去囊衣工艺的工艺实质及其缺陷，提出去囊衣的合理工艺程序不是先酸后碱，而应是先碱后酸。根据这点，制订了ＮａＯＨ－ＥＤＴＡ法的配套工艺流程。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the theory was expounded that EDTA is used an auxiliary agent for corroding citrus segment membrance.The optimum proportion and demand of EDTA with NaOH for the corroding were obtained.Moreover,it was analysed that substance and defect of the traditional Two-Step method of the corroding,the rational procedure advanced is early alkali late acid,no early acidlate alkali.According to this,the technique processing of the NaOH-EDTA was laid.更多还原
