单色光对玫瑰茄细胞红色素稳定性的影响
Effect of Monochromic light on the stability of Rosette cells red pigment
【摘要】 玫瑰茄细胞红色素对光不稳定。在可见光中蓝光(波长420~530nm)对该色素的破坏作用最强,浓度为50mg/l的色素溶液在光强为39W/m2的蓝光下,温度为25℃时,半衰期为11d;其它单色光对该色素的破坏作用由强到弱的顺序为:绿光、紫光、黄光、橙光、红光,色素溶液的半衰期分别为19d、22d、36d、42d和56d。因此,玫瑰茄红色素及其制品不宜采用蓝色、绿色、紫色等透明容器或无色透明容器盛装。
【Abstract】 The red pigment extracted from Roselle cells showed unstability to light irradiation.The half life of 50mg/l pigment solution under blue,green,violet,yellow,orange,and red light through visible spectrum was 11,19,22,36,42,and 56 days respectly.So this pigment is most sensitive to the blue light through visible light spectrum,and it is not suitable for this pigment and its products to be packaged or contained with completely transparent materials or partly transparent ones of blue,green,yellow or purple apperances.
