酸性蛋白酶高产菌株选育

【摘要】 以黑曲霉JW3039为出发菌株,通过EMS多次诱变处理及最适培养和发酵条件的摸索,使其酸性蛋白酶产量从1800~2000u/ml提高到3300u/ml。

【Abstract】 Two mutants, Aspergillus niger EDF1099 and EDF1120 capable of producing two times as much acid resistant protinase as their parent strain JW3039 of Aspergillus niger were obtained by repeated treatment with EMS. The optimal fermentation medium and fermentation conditions of acid resistant proteinase produced by Aspergillus niger EDF1099 were studied. When Aspergillus niger EDF1099 was cultivated in the optimal fermentation medium and fermentation conditions, its activity was 3375 units/ml (Folin test).
