【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the method of large intracranial meningiomas resection with the diathermy loop. Methods 58 patients with intracranial meningiomas were operated on with diathermy loop. Results Among the 58 patients, total resection of the tumor was achieved in 49 cases, subtotal excision in 7, partial removal in 2. The operative mortality rate was 0. Conclusion The diathermy loop is a practical and effective instrument in the surgical management of large intracranial meningiomas.更多还原
