【摘要】 1目的　探讨保尔佳对膀胱癌细胞生长的抑制作用。 2方法　采用 MTT法检测了不同浓度的保尔佳对膀胱癌 BIU- 87细胞株生长的抑制作用 ,同时应用电镜观察保尔佳对 BIU- 87细胞超微结构的影响。 3结果保尔佳对 BIU- 87细胞株生长增殖有明显的抑制效应 (r=0 .882 ,0 .991,P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ,且随着药物浓度增高和作用时间的延长而加强。实验组 BIU- 87细胞也出现一定的超微结构改变。 4结论　保尔佳可抑制肿瘤细胞的生长更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the rowth inhibition effect of polyerga on human bladder cancer cell. Methods The growth inhibition effect of polyerga on human bladder cancer cell line BIU-87was studied in vitro by using MTT colorimetric assay. The action of polyerga on the ultrastructure of the BIU-87cells was observed under electron-microscopy. Results The results showed that the growth inhibition effect of polyerga on the BIU-87cells was obvious and the effect became even stronger with the time being prolonged. The ultrastructure of BIU-87cells in the treatment group did not show obvious damage. Conclusion The results of this study suggested that polyerga could the growth of cancer cell.更多还原
