【摘要】 1目的　建立酶联免疫吸附法 (EL ISA)检测肌酸激酶 B亚基含量。 2方法　应用脑肌酸激酶抗原制备单克隆抗体 ,采用对酶活力具有激活或抑制的单克隆抗体配对建立 EL ISA法 ,并应用其检测肌酸激酶 B亚基含量。 3结果　肌酸激酶 B亚基含量在 0 .0 5～ 5 0 .0 0 ng间与 A45 0 nm呈半对数直线关系。 4结论　采用建立的 EL ISA法可测定肌酸激酶 B亚基含量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an enzyme link imm unosorbent assay(ELISA) for measuring the amount of B subunit of creatine kinase(CK) . Methods The monoclonal antibodies were prepared using the cerebral CK as an antigen.The ELISA method could be established by matching the activating and inhibiting monoclonal antibodies.The amountof B subunitof CK could be measured by the EL ISA method. Results In the range of0 .0 5— 5 0 .0 0 ng,the am ount of B subunit of CK and A45 0 nm of EL ISA were sem ilog-straight line type.
