【摘要】 1目的　探讨皮肤恶性黑色素瘤 p16蛋白的表达及其意义。 2方法　采用免疫组织化学技术检测 42例皮肤恶性黑色素瘤组织中 p16蛋白的表达。 3结果　 42例皮肤恶性黑色素瘤组织 p16蛋白表达阳性率为 5 2 .4%(2 2 / 42 ) ;无淋巴结转移者 p16蛋白阳性率高于伴淋巴结转移者 ,差异有显著性 (χ2 =5 .30 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;随病变浸润深度增加 ,p16蛋白表达阳性率降低 ,且 , 级明显高于 , 级 (χ2 =5 .18,P<0 .0 5 ) ;生存时间 >2年者 p16蛋白表达阳性率显著高于生存时间 <2年者 ,差异有显著性 (χ2 =5 .0 2 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;p16蛋白表达阳性率与病人性别、年龄、病变大小及病理分型无关。 4结论　 p16蛋白在皮肤恶性黑色素瘤的发生和发展过程中起重要作用 ;p16蛋白可作为皮肤恶性黑色素瘤的分子生物学标志更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and significance of p16 protein in human malignant melanoma. Methods The expression of p16 protein was examined im munohistochemically in42 cases of human malignant melanoma. Results Of the 42 cases of malignant melanom a,2 2 cases(5 2 .4% ) showed positive staining of p16 protein. In patients without lymph node metas- tasis,the positive rate was significantly higher than in those with node involvem ent(χ2 =5 .30 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;The expression of p16 protein in patients surviving more than two years was significantly higher than those surviving less than two years (χ2 =5 .0 2 ,P< 0 .0 5 ) ;A significant correlation was found between the positive staining rate of p16 protein and the depth of invasion (χ2 =5 .18, P<0 .0 5 ) .Meanwhile,no significant correlation was found with patient sex,age,tumor size and histopathologic classification. Conclusion p16 gene plays an importantrole in the invasion and m etastasis of malignanttum ors;p16 protein may serve as an indi- cator to predict the prognosis of patients.更多还原
