【摘要】 1目的　探讨 bcl- 2蛋白在肺癌中的表达及意义。2方法　应用免疫组化方法检测手术切除后随访 5年以上的 12 9例肺癌标本中 bcl- 2蛋白的表达。 3结果　 bcl- 2蛋白在肺癌中表达阳性率为 2 8.7% (37/ 12 9) ,其表达与组织学分型无关 ,但与鳞癌的分化程度密切相关 (χ2 =5 .44 ,P<0 .0 5 )。肺腺癌淋巴结转移阳性组 bcl- 2蛋白表达阳性率 (38.1% ) ,显著高于淋巴结阴性组 (11.1% ) (χ2 =6 .2 2 ,P<0 .0 1)。 bcl- 2蛋白表达阳性组病人的预后显著差于 bcl- 2蛋白阴性表达组 (χ2 =18.0 5 ,P<0 .0 1)。 4结论　 bcl- 2蛋白表达的改变对肺癌的生物学行为起一定作用 ,并可作为评估预后的指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the significance of bcl-2 expression in lung cancer. Methods The expression of bcl-2 was investigated in12 9cases of lung cancer with S-P immunohistochemistry method. Results The positive rate of bcl-2 expres- sion was 2 8.7% ,and the expression was notcorrelated with histological type,butwas positively correlated with the differentiation of squamous cell carcinom a(χ2 =5 .44,P<0 .0 5 ) .In adenocarcinoma,the positive rate of bcl-2 expression in lymphnode metasta- sis group (38.1% ) was higher than that of the non-metastasis group (11.1% ) (χ2 =6 .2 2 ,P<0 .0 1) .The prognosis of patients who had bcl-2 positive expression were poorer than that of the negative expression group(χ2 =18.0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) . Conclusion The change of bcl-2 expression was correlated with occurrence and malignantprogression of lung cancer and could be used as prog- nostic indicators.更多还原
