【Abstract】 In order to correct the baggy and zygomaticofacial skin wrinkles simultameously, the author adopts the lengthening incision of the plastic operation for baggy and desigh a new operation to seperate and lift tightly the two -layer tissues of the lower eyelid, and used successfully in 48 cases during the period between January 1994 to July 1997. The results were very well. The advantage of this new operation is that it can correct the baggy and zygomaticofacial skin wrinkles at the same time.更多还原
