【摘要】 部分接受白色硅胶隆鼻术的患者，术后主诉鼻背皮肤红亮，强光下假体透光泛红。作者认为与白色硅胶不能有效地吸收可见光，阻制光的通透有关。使用一种外观暗红色的固体硅胶肤色硅胶用于隆鼻手术１０６例，置假体于鼻背筋膜下，手术均一次成功，无不良反应。因肤色硅胶较白色硅胶能更多地吸收可见光，抑制光在假体的内反射，术后鼻背皮肤红亮发生率由１９．２％降为３．８％；暗室透光检查假体透光发生率由４３．８％降为６．３％。证实肤色硅胶有效地避免了术后假体的透光性及鼻背肤色的改变，提高了美容效果，可推广使用，尤其是鼻背皮肤白而薄，皮下组织少或假体需肥大的患者以使用肤色硅胶为好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Some patients complained dorsonasal skin red and bright after augmentation rhinoplasty with white silastic matrix. and the implant were reddish under strong light. It was mainly due to white silastic matrix failed to absorb light and stop the light from penetrating efficiently. In this paper the author reported the application in augmentation of nose with skin-color(dark red) silastic matrix placed beneath the dorsonasal fascia in 106 cases. All the procedures were succeesful by only one time without complication. Compared with white silastic matrix, the present one can absorb more light while stop light reflecting inside it, with the result that the incidence of dorsonasal red-bright and the rate of light penetration tested in dark room were reduced from 19.2% to 3.8% and 43.8%to 6.3%, respectively. It was proved that skin-color silastic matrix was able to avoid light penetration and color changes in dorsum of nose, thus enhance aesthetic effect, It can be used extensively, especially in patients with thin white dorsonasal skin, lacking of subcutanous tissues, or who need larger implant. 更多还原
