一种基于扒口分洪运用方式的防洪系统联合运行的大规模LP广义化模型及其应用
A generalized large scaled LP model of flood control system based on forced flood diversion and its application
【摘要】 本文从水库、分蓄洪区及河道调蓄洪的基本原理出发,针对由混联库群和多分蓄洪区组成的复杂防洪系统,研究和建立了一个防洪系统联合运行的大规模线性规划(LP)模型.模型考虑了系统正常行洪与扒口分洪的复杂洪水演进情况,提出了判断扒口分洪界点及其相应的分阶段解算的处理方法,从而形成适用于这一复杂情况的广义化模型.根据模型的超稀疏性等特点,引进多种先进而复杂的数值技术,研制了通用有效的大型计算软件包.实例验算取得了较为满意的成果.
【Abstract】 A current large scale LP model is developed for operation of complicated flood control system.For solving forced flood diversion constraints containing 0 1 factor,this paper presents a simplified method separate phase algorithm of judging flood diversion point of demarcation.According to super sparse characteristics of this generalized model,a large common and efficient computational software package is developed.Case study verifies that this model is satisfactory for practical uses.
