【摘要】 当前,我国存在着水浪费及灌溉用水效率低的现状,渠系灌区的水利用系数为0.3,井灌区为0.6,比发达国家低0.2～0.4.针对我国用水利用率低和用水管理水平低的情况,提出了发展节水灌溉是发展节水农业的有效途径,从目前我国推广应用一些节水灌溉技术的效果看,低压管道输水灌溉可节水20%～30%,滴灌节水70%～80%,喷灌可节水40%～50%,可见推广先进节水灌溉技术和提高管理水平的节水潜力是巨大的。更多还原
