【Abstract】 Ice nuclear bacteria was obtained from the isolated culture within affected poplar, Populus pyramidalis × P.cathayana. The dominant species include l strain of Erwinia sp.ahd 3 strains of Pseudomonas spp .The innoculation test in the fields showed that the ice nuclear bacteria can cause poplar chilling and induce the development of stem gall canker in poplar trees.It is considered as the dominant factor of the canker.更多还原
