【Abstract】 This paper discusses the great significance of standardization and normelization of language and writing from the perspectiwe of state sovereignty and national dignity and from the demands of our socialist modernization. It also expounds the relation of standardization and normalization of language and writing to optimization of educational environment and analyses the present major problems in application of language and writing and their causes,and then puts forward proposals concerning the policies and countermeasures to strengthen the standardization and normalization of language and writing.更多还原
