【摘要】 运用主分量分析方法直接从柴油机高压油管压力波时域波形中提取故障特征矢量，构造特征空间。利用不同故障的特征矢集在特征空间的投影性质构造判别函数，通过对特征空间中不同故障模式的识别分类达到诊断的目的。直接从时域波形提取的特征较好地反映出各种故障在波形几何结构上的表现，实验结果表明，本文方法的诊断效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents a diagnostic method of diesel fuel injection. A feature space is expanded by the failure feature vectors which is extracted from the barrel pressure pluse of injection pump with the principal components analysis of samples about the failures concerned. Diagnostic operation is realized by the pattern recognition of the feature vectors in the space. The geometrical structures of the wave which are related to every failures are expressed clearly by the vectors because of coming from time domain directly. A satisfactory results appears in the practical application as the example cited in the paper.更多还原
