以透气性为中心的烧结过程状态控制专家系统
AN EXPERT SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING SINTERING PATERN CENTRE ON PERMEABILITY
【摘要】 为了改善料层透气性、控制烧结终点、稳定烧结过程,提出了烧结过程热状态和透气状态相结合的烧结过程控制方案以及以透气性为中心的控制策略;研究了烧结过状态控制专家系统的知识库和推理机的设计,建立了烧结过程状态控制专家系统.
【Abstract】 In order to improve permeability, control burn through point of sintering pro cess, and stabilize sintering process, the general control scheme of sintering process is sug gested, which combine heat patern and permeability, and the control strategy centre on permeability is proposed. The knowledge base architecture and inference engine design are stud ied, and the expert system for controlling sintering process patern is developed.
