TMS320C30在液压伺服控制中的应用——液压负载模拟器控制器设计

【摘要】 液压负载模拟器被广泛应用于许多工程实践场合,随着控制律和加载对象的日趋复杂,对其伺服控制器的迭代速率和精度也提出更高的要求。本文结合伺服控制器的结构特点和目前国内DSP芯片开发现状,设计了具有一定通用性结构的支持双CPU的高速数字式伺服控制器,通过管理软件、支持软件和相应的管理硬件结构,使控制器操作简便、配置灵活,形成了具有二次开发能力的伺服控制器软、硬件平台,能够满足一大类高速高精度伺服控制的要求,并分析了控制器性能及相关因素,给出了在飞行模拟器液压操纵负荷系统中的实际应用结果。

【Abstract】 Hydraulic load simulators are used in many situations. The calculated rate and precision of the controller become higher than before with the development of complex control rules and loaded objects. In this paper, a high speed digital servo controller is designed according to its characteristics and the domestic situation of DSP development at present. The controller supports the double CPU operation and provides the universal structure for process control. The basic operating system consists of management software and supporting software. The controller has the characteristics of convenient operation and smart allocation with the servo controller software and hardware platform which is capable of redevelopment. The controller may be adaptably used in many control processes of high speed and precision. In the end, the controller performances and the factors concerned are analyzed, and the application result to the aircraft simulator operating load system is presented.
