【摘要】 本文以棉花为主介绍了作物群体光合（ＣＡＰ）测定方法、技术路线及有关注意的问题。测定群体光合（ＣＡＰ）所用同化箱的长、宽、高应根据种植方式及不同生育时期而定，值得注意的是，同化箱的高度比作物冠层高度高出２０～２５ｃｍ为宜；测定时间，苗期为６０ｓ，其它生育时期取４０～６０ｓ时测定结果较为稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reports on the optimum method to measure cotton canopy apparent photosynthesis (CAP) with example of cotton and points for attention.the length,width and height of the box for measuring CAP should be consider according to the kinds of crops and their growing period.Sixty seconds was reasonable for measuring CAP during seeding stage and forty to sixty second during other stages.The method of CAP calculating was also given.更多还原
