【摘要】 根据《内经》的论述和肾间动气图象将肾划分为肾1、肾2、肾3三部分,运用放射免疫测定技术对其环核苷酸的含量及其针刺后的变化进行检测。结果显示,正常大鼠肾组织不商位cAMP含量无显著性差异(P>0.05),cGMP含量肾1、肾2与肾3相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),针刺后肾1的cAMP,cGMP均呈下降趋势,肾2、肾3呈现cAMP下降、cGMP上升的趋势、提示肾组织不同部位环核苷酸含量有差异,各部位对针刺的反应也不相同,可能部分反映了肾的不同部位在“物”和功能上存在着差别。更多还原

【Abstract】 In accordance with the explanation and image of dynamic Qi between the kidneys in“Inner Canon”,the kidney was divided into three regions of Kidney 1,Kidney 2 and Kidney 3,and the content of cyclic nucleosides and its change after acupuncture were determined by radio immnunoassay.The results showed that there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in cAMP content in the different regions of the kidney tissues in the normal rats,and there was significant difference(P< 0.05) in cGMP content in comparison between Kidney land 2with Kidney 3,and that after acupuncture,the contents of both cAMP and cGMP in Kidney 1 decreased, but,the content of cAMP tended to decrease and the content of cGMP tended to increase in Kidney 2 and Kidney 3,indicating a difference in the content of cyclic nueleoside in the different regions of the kidney tissues and a difference of reaction to acupuncture in the different regions.Maybe,this result partly reflects a difference in “substances”and functions in the different regions of the kidney.更多还原
