【摘要】 目的：回顾性分析乳房外Ｐａｇｅｔ病（ＥＤＰ）放疗疗效。方法：自１９７８～１９９７年间共收治经病理确诊的ＥＤＰ６例，男５例，女１例。放射野包括病灶外３～４ｃｍ，平均放疗剂量６７３８ｃＧｙ。结果：４例无病生存分别为３８、４３、５１个月及１１年，其中１例复发后再放疗健存２７个月。２例死亡，生存期分别为１１、１９个月。结论：ＥＤＰ对放疗有一定的敏感性，复发后再放疗亦可取得良好疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The effectiveqness of radiotherap in extramammary Paget’s disease (EPD) were retro spectively reviewed. Methods; 6 patients with EPD were treated by radiotherapy in 1978～1997, including 5 males and one female. Radiafion field included 3～4cm beyond the average dose was 6 738 cGy. Results: Four of 6 patients survived asymotomatically the for 38, 43, 51 months and 11 years, respectly,2 died of recurrent disease or 11 and 19 months after being diagnoscd respectirely. Conclusion: EPD is sensitive to radiotherapy, retreatnent after recurrence being still effective.更多还原
