【摘要】 为探讨低分子肝素对老年性白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入手术效果的影响，对低分子肝素组和对照组，按常规方法进行人工晶体植入手术。术后两组都无眼内出血，两组间角膜内皮混浊的时间和程度无显著差异，但低分子肝素组人工晶体前表面沉积物和后囊混浊明显少于对照组，术后3个月时低分子肝素组视力为0．69±0．21，明显高于对照组0．54±0．28（P＜0．05）。表明低分子肝素可提高人工晶体植入手术的效果，值得在眼科临床中推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of low- molecular weight heparin on extracapsular cataractextraction and intraocular lens implantation in senile cataract patients, 26 eyes (drug group) wereirrigated with low-molecular weight heparin solution (50 IU/ml) and the other 25 eyes (controlgroup) were irrigated with vehicle in the operation. Postoperative results showed no intraocularhemorrhage was found in both two groups and no significant difference of time and degree of corneaendothelium opacity existed between the two groups, but the deposition of fibrin and cells on theanterior lenticular surface and the posterior capsular opacification in drug group were significant1y lessthan those in the control group. In three months after the operation, the mean visual acuity in thedrug group was 0. 69±0. 21 markedly higher than that in control group 0. 54 ± 0. 28 (P<0. 05). Itwas concluded that low-molecular weight heparin could improve the operation effect and was worthclinically popularizing.更多还原
