核酸口服液的药理研究
Pharmacological Studies of Nucleic Acid Oral Solution
【摘要】 核糖核酸制剂核酸口服液能提高正常及免疫功能低下动物的非特异性免疫功能，促进正常小鼠的血清溶血素生成，增强体液免疫功能。对正常小鼠的血糖水平及中枢神经系统功能无明显影响。
【Abstract】 The pharmacological studies of nucleic acid oral solution (NAOS) were investigated. The results show that NAOS was able to enhance the phagocytic activity of Peritoneal macrophage and the production of serum hemolysin in normal and in immunodepressive mice caused by dexamethasone remarkably. No significant effects on the normal serum glucose level and hypnotization induced by pentobarbital in mice.
