【Abstract】 An ntineurotoxic factor has been purified from the serum of the snake B.multicinctus. The purified antineurotoxic factor shows a single band in PAGE and SDSPAGE, running in the region of α2 or βglobulin. This antineurotoxic factor is a glycoprotein and its molecular weight is (80±5) kD, This antineurotoxic factor can partially neutralize the toxicity of βBuTx and possesses inbibition activity to the βBuTx PLA2 enzyme.更多还原
