【摘要】 目的了解不同年龄组大鼠肝细胞核雌激素受体与外周血雌激素的改变。方法采用放免法及放射配体法测定大鼠（成熟动情期、未成熟组各２０只）肝细胞核雌激素受体及外周血雌激素。结果成熟动情期血雌二醇（Ｅ２）、雌二醇受体（ＥＲ）较未成熟期明显升高，且Ｅ２及ＥＲ之间具有良好的正相关。结论大鼠肝细胞ＥＲ与Ｅ２及性成熟有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the levels of estrogen receptor in female rat liver nuclei at different stages of sexual maturity.Methods The female rats were divided into two groups, 20 prepubescence and 20 adults. Estrogen was measured by radioimmunoassay and the receptors , by radioligand binding assay.Results The levels of plasma estrogen and estrogen receptors in adults were markedly higher than those in prepubescence.Significant correlation was found between estrogen and estrogen receptors.Conclusion The concentration of estrogen receptors in female rat liver nuclei shows to be correlated with estrogen and age.更多还原
