选择式广播数据分布系统
Selective Broadcast Data Distribution System
【摘要】 在介绍一种用在高速通道中传播数据的选择式广播技术的基础上,设计了一个具有两个连接器的高速数据分布系统模型,并进行了仿真。模型由数据库接口网络和用户接口网络组成。前者负责从中心数据库传播信息到服务器;后者负责从服务器传播信息到用户终端。模型中的数据库接口网络就使用了选择式广播技术。从设计的模型和仿真的结果来看,选择式广播技术在正常条件下的时延比非选择式广播技术(如数据循环系统)要短得多。
【Abstract】 This paper describers a technique named Selective Broadcast, used to distribute data on high speed channels.And a two-tier-architecture for high speed data distribution is designed and simulated.The architecture consists of a database interface network distributing information from a central database to a number of servers,and a user interface network distributing information from the servers to the user terminals.The database interface network uses the Selective Broadcast technique.The designed architecture and its simulative results show that the response time of Selective Broadcast technique is much shorter under normal traffic conditions than nonselective broadcast technique such as the Datacycle system.
