【摘要】 目的研究中药清肝饮对人胚肺成纤维细胞（ｈｕｍａｎｌｕｎｇｆｉｂｒｏｂｌａｓｔｓ，ＨＬＦ）、大鼠肝贮脂细胞（Ｉｔｏ细胞）增殖活性的影响。方法采用胶原酶灌流，密度梯度离心方法分离大鼠肝Ｉｔｏ细胞，并以ＭＴＴ法观察细胞增殖效应。结果清肝饮对ＨＬＦ、Ｉｔｏ细胞具有显著的抑制ＤＮＡ合成和细胞增殖作用，并随清肝饮浓度的升高而作用增强（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。结论清肝饮对肝纤维化相关细胞ＨＬＦ、Ｉｔｏ细胞增殖活性具有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mechanism of hepatic fibrosis and the effects of Qing gan ying on cell proliferation activity in human lung fibroblasts (HLF) and Ito cells of rat liver.Methods Ito cells were separated from the liver of rats by using perfusion of collagenase and density prudent centrifugation.The cell proliferation was observed with the incorporation method of MTT assay.Results Qing gan ying could significantly inhibit DNA synthesis and cell proliferation.The degree of inhibition corelated with the concentration of Qing gan ying.Conclusion Qing gan ying had an inhibiting effect on the proliferation activity of Ito cells and fibroblasts.更多还原
