船舶中央空调冷却系统动态模拟及能效分析
Dynamical Simulation and Energy-Saving Analysis of Cooling System for Marine Air Conditioning
【摘要】 分析了随着海域、海况的变化,采用冷却水泵变频调节对传热工况和能耗的影响,提出了船舶空调冷却系统动态仿真模型。计算结果表明所述模型运用于空调冷凝器动态特性模拟;采用冷却水泵变频,实现无级调速,节能效果是显著的。
【Abstract】 In the paper the dynamical simulation of cooling water, Refrigerant 22 and sea water circulating pumpused for marine air conditioning are presented. With the sea area and working conditions changed, the energy con-sumption and heat transfer capacity are studied. The result of computer system simulation shows that the mathe-matical models are reasonable and energy-saving of cooling water pump is remarkable when the frequency modu-lator is put into use.
