【Abstract】 DNA purification is commonly used in molecular biology procedures. Promega’s Magic/Wizard DNA purification systems make this laborious and timeconsuming work easy, but most laboratories in developing countries can not afford the price of this disposable kit. A simple method to recycle the kit was successfully developed. The performance of recycled kit shows no significant difference compared with the original one. The method makes this powerful tools acceptable to most laboratories.更多还原
