飞机主起落架收放摇臂的动力学分析

【摘要】 本文对运七飞机主起落架系统(包括作动筒、摇臂和起落架支柱),在接近收上位置到碰锁的过程建立了简化的流固耦合的有限元总体模型。利用动态增量非线性有限元程序(ADINA84年版),对主起落架系统收上碰锁过程进行了动力学流固耦合的有限元分析,在此基础上对摇臂建立了更为精细的有限元模型,对其进行了静力分析。无论总体模型还是精细模型均能够真实地反映实际情况,且模型中的有关参数的选取也是合理的,计算结果与试验结果也是吻合的,这说明本文关于飞机主起落架收放摇臂流固耦合动载荷的计算方法是有效和实用的。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a fluid-solid coupling finite element model for major landing gear of Y7-air-plane (including hydraulic transmission tube, rocker arm, pillar etc) is established. The numerical solution for the model is obtained by the dynamic incremental non-linear finite element method and a program (ADINA) is formed also. On the basis of the analysis for the above whole model, a delicate finite-element model for the rocker arm is developed, and its solution is obtained by FEM( ADINA). Both the whole finite-element model and the delicate finite-element model can describe the real ascending-descending process of the landing gear. The numerical results are in good agreement with experimental results, indicating that the fluid-solid coupling finite element analytical method is feasible and vaild.
