矮牵牛查尔酮黄烷酮异构酶(chiA)基因启动子的克隆和测序
CLONING AND SEQUENCING OF FLOWER SPECIFIC CHALCONE FLAVANONE ISOMERASE(CHIA)PROMOTER FROM PETUNIA
【摘要】 通过PCR扩增，从矮牵牛中克隆了能在花瓣、花药、花粉中特异表达的查尔酮黄烷酮异构酶（chiA）基因启动子，序列分析表明，该启动子含1305个核苷酸，与国外报道的序列完全一致。
【Abstract】 The promoter of chalcone flavanone isomerase (chiA) gene was amplified from petunia genomic DNA by polymerase chain reaction. The sequence analysis of the promoter indicated that the cloned fragment contained 1305 nucleotides,and the nucleotide sequence of the cloned chiA promoter is the same with the sequence reported abroad.
