棉花游离愈伤细胞成纤维分化和发育的研究
STUDY ON DIFFERENTIATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF COTTON FIBER DERIVED FROM FREE CALLUS CELLS IN COTTON
【摘要】 用棉花胚珠切块诱导愈伤组织,经悬浮培养使分化为游离的纤维细胞,对愈伤组织及纤维诱导的条件和影响因素作了探讨。发现大部分愈伤细胞可分化为纤维细胞,适当的生长激素配比,特别是提高GA3浓度及适当的PH(PH5.0)可促进细胞的分化和生长,愈伤组织的年龄、培养基的成分和材料性质等都对愈伤细胞的产生和纤维的分化有影响、对结果进行了分析讨论。
【Abstract】 Differentiation and development of cotton fiber derived from free callus cellsin cotton ovule,and effects of cultural conditions and some factors on cotton fiber differentiation and development were studied. It is found that most of these callus cells in culture can elongate and differentiate into cotton fiber cells in culture. Appropriate mixture ratio of somehormones and optimal PH (pH5. 0), especially increased GA3 concentration in medium maypromote the differentiation and elongation of fiber cells. The age of callus, nutrition constituent in medium and property of cultural material have similarly some effect on fiber initiation and fiber differentiation of callus. The results are analysed and discussed.
