金耳化痰止咳降血糖的药理试验

【摘要】 采用小鼠氨水引咳法和酚红法研究了金耳子实体浸液的镇咳祛痰作用,发现125mg/20g·d剂量,PO给药10d,可延长小鼠咳嗽发生的潜伏期,促进呼吸道分泌作用,增加酚红排出量,对乙酰胆碱引起的豚鼠气管螺旋条收缩具有松弛抬抗作用。采用四氧嘧啶致SD大鼠高血糖模型观察了金耳子实体浸液对其影响,结果按5g/kg生药等量的剂量一次性给药,在0~120min内大鼠的基础血糖没有升高,略有下降,继续按体重5g/kg·d、6g/kg·d二种剂量PO给药21d,发现可降低高血糖大鼠血清葡萄糖和胆固醇水平,组间差异显著。综合结果可以提示,预防性服用金耳子实体浸液有助于实验动物的镇咳祛痰,使致痉的气管松弛。连续服用对四氧嘧啶所致SD大鼠高血糖模型具有显著的降糖作用。

【Abstract】 in this study,fruitbodies of Tremella aurantialba,an edible and medical fungus were utilized to examine the pharmacognostical value. An extract liquor of the fruitbodieswas administrated according to the mouse body weight as 125 mg/20g. d Per os for 10 days,as a result,the cough incubation period in mice was postponed in the ammonia-induced coughtest and the secretion of phenol red was promoted in the phenol red test. Also an other testshowed that the extract had an antagonist relaxing action against contraction of tracheal spiral strips of test cavies in the test of contraction of tracheal spiral strips induced by bromoacetyl choline. In an alloxan-induced high blood sugar test,the basic blood sugar levels inthe test rats taking once Per os 5 g/kg equivalent of crude drug,did not raise but were a littledown within 0~120 min,and then the high glucose and cholesterol contents in serum werereduced after taking continually Per os 5 g/kg. d or 6 g/kg. d for 21 days. The above-mentioned results indicated that preventively and continonuously taking Per os the extract liquorhelped to relieve cough,reduce phlegm,relax contraction of tracheal spiral strips and decreasehigh blood sugar levels in the test animals.
