硅太阳电池减反射膜的优化设计

【摘要】 最优化设计方法是一种利用计算机进行辅助设计的方法,它在薄膜设计中具有明显的优越性.简要介绍了多层光学薄膜的最优化设计方法,并对空间用硅单晶太阳电池的减反射膜系进行了最优化设计和实验验证.结果表明,对于太阳电池的减反射膜系,尤其是结构复杂的多层减反射膜系统(包括玻璃盖片等),最优化设计方法是一种非常实用和有效的设计方法.用此方法设计的SiOx/TiO2双层减反射膜的有效反射率约为5%(波长380~1100nm),电池短路电流增益达45%,转换效率增益达47%.

【Abstract】 This paper introduces an optimized design method for multi layer optical films, which is used to design antireflection coatings for single crystal silicon solar cells used in space. The experiment results show that the optimized design method is very effective, especially for multi layer antireflection coatings with complex structure, including glass covering. In the range of 380 ̄1100 nm, the effective reflectivity of SiO x /TiO 2 double layer antireflection coatings designed by this method is about 5%, the short circuit current is improved by about 45%, the practical conversion efficiency is improved by about 47%.
