他控式双馈调速系统的稳态转速脉动分析

【摘要】 他控式双馈调速系统是一种频率开环系统,其特性具有与同步电动机相同的特点.理论上认为,只要调节变频器的供电频率,便能精确地控制电机的输出转速.但实际变频器的输出电流往往不同程度地含有高次谐波,导致电机输出转矩和转速的脉动,影响系统的调速精度.应用电机的双轴理论,定量地分析了采用基本型交-直-交电流源变频器的他控式双馈调速系统的稳态转速脉动,并在55kW级工业实用装置上作了验证试验,试验结果证明了理论分析的有效性,并为解决转速脉动问题提供了新思路.

【Abstract】 Separately controlled doubly fed speed regulation system is a frequency open loop system.It possesses the characteristic of the synchronous motor.So it is considered theoretically that precisely regulating the output frequency of the frequency transformer can control the output rotational speed of the motor.But the output current of the actual frequency transformer somewhat contains high frequency harmonics, which leads to the ripple of the rotating torque and rotational speed of the motor,affecting the regulation sophistication of the system.According to the dual axis theory of machines,this paper analyzes the stable speed ripple of separately controlled doubly fed speed regulation system fed with AC DC AC current resource inverter.The test performed on 55kW industry device proves the analysis results.and gives the new train of thoughts in solving the problem of rotational speed ripple.
