细胞动作电位的线性重建
Linear Restoration of Cellular Action Potential
【摘要】 在强噪声干扰下恢复有阶跃点的奇异波形,并检测其参数在生物医学工程中具有重要的意义.利用矩形波重建方法,将带噪声动作电位信号通过低通滤波器建立相应的矩形波,然后再采用计算机辅助设计法设计一个波形形成数字滤波器,使矩形波通过此滤波器后重建出纯净的细胞动作电位.结果表明,这种方法能有效滤除光学采集动作电位上叠加的白噪声,从而实现无损检测.
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of square wave restoration, a novel method to remove the noise of Action Potential (AP) is presented. The whole processing procedure consists of three steps, i.e., inputting the noisy AP signal to a lowpass filter, constructing a corresponding square wave according to the output of the lowpass filter and then applying it to the wave forming filter to get noise free AP signal. It is demonstrated that the method can remove the white noise added to the optical AP signal effectively, thus noninvasive detection is achieved.
