【摘要】 应用美沙酮替代递减脱毒１２～１５天，病人出现明显的戒断症状，应用中药治疗６天，观察比较稽延症状评分情况。结果：失眠从服中药前２．７０±０．８８下降到１．０７±０．６４，焦虑从１．８０±０．６６下降到０．３３±０．４８，骨、肌肉疼痛从２．００±０．７４下降到１．００±０．４７，乏力从２．４７±０．８２下降到１．００±０．５１，患者的戒毒稽延症状得到有效控制更多还原

【Abstract】 The abstinence symptoms appeared when the patient had been treated with Methadone for 12～15 days,they were treaed with integrated TCM and WM and the protracted syndrome grades were compared after 6 days.Result: Insomnia lower from 2.70±0,88 to 1.07±0.64, anxiety from 1.80±0.66 to 0.33±0.48, myalgia and ostealgia from 2.00±0.74 to 1.00±0.47, acratic from 2.47±0.82 to 1.00±0.51,the patient abstinence symptoms were controlled effectively.更多还原
