【Abstract】 The principle, processing routes and research progress of production of the dimetyl carbonate by transesterificatin and oxidative carbonylation process was introduced. The process of the oxidative carbonyla-tion of the gas phase methanol was appraised comparing with the process of the oxidative carhonylation of the liquid phase methanol.
