苦参总碱对小鼠脾细胞产生干扰素的影响
Measurement of Interferon Induced by Sophora Flavescens Alkaloids in Mouse Spleen Cells
【摘要】 作者为了解苦参是否通过诱生干扰素而参与抗病毒作用,用微量细胞病变抑制法对苦参总碱在体外诱生小鼠脾细胞产生干扰素的作用进行了研究。结果表明苦参浓度在50~200μg/ml 能明显诱导脾细胞产生干扰素,且能明显对抗氢化考的松的抑制作用而促进干扰素产生增加,其作用与药物浓度(50~200μg/ml呈正相关。所以苦参可能通过诱导干扰素产生而发挥其抗病毒作用。
【Abstract】 Former experiments reported that spoor flavescens alkaloids(SFA)showed remar- kable anti-CVB effect,its ants-viral mechanism was that it could inhibit the synthesis of viral protein.This article studied the effect of SFA on interferon production in mouse spleen cells.Our results showed that SFA could remarkably induce spleen cells to produce interferon,and it can also promote spleen cells inhibited by hydrocortisone to produce interferon.
