全反式维甲酸对VSMC、EGF-R基因表达和[Ca2+]i的影响
Effect of ATRA on EGF-R Gene Expression and[Ca2+]i in Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells
【摘要】 应用细胞培养、斑点杂交和荧光探针技术,观察到全反式维甲酸明显抑制胎牛血清诱导的血管平滑肌细胞表皮生长因子受体 mRNA 表达和[Ca2+]i 增加。
【Abstract】 By techniques of cell culture,dot blot and fluorescent probe,it was observed that all trans retinoic acid(ATRA)can inhibit the mRNA expression of EGF receptor and the concentration of[Ca2+]significantly in cultured rabbit vascular smooth muscle cells stimulated by fetal calf serum (FCS).
