【摘要】 为检测作者提出的ISS结合LD₅₀评估方法的准确性与可行性.收集250例严重创伤病例.通过ISS结合LD₅₀、TRISS及ASCOT作比较性测评分析。结果显示:三者预测的准确性各种指标均相似。提示:ISS结合LD₅₀评估方法正确性良好.即使在生理指标资料不全情况下仍可使用。此法简便易行,故ISS结合LD₅₀评估方法为一实用的损伤严重度评分方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors studied 250 cases of severe trauma in order to evaluate the accuracy and availability of the method of ISS combined with LD₅₀ by comparison with TRISS and ASCOT. Results showed that the expected value of accuracy for these three methods were similar, indicating the method of ISS combined with LD₅₀ is highly accurate, even in the condition of lacking physiological index material, and can be a practical method to evaluate the severity of injury, because of its simplicity and feasibility.更多还原
