【摘要】 采用改良的ABC-AP法对120例急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）患者的骨髓涂片作免疫学检查.研究ALL的免疫表型。结果表明.成人以L₂型/B-ALL为主（66%）,儿童以L₁型/B-ALL为主（58%）,L₃型ALL均为B-ALL。T-ALL发生率较低.成人和儿童T-ALL患者均以男性居多。研究显示,B-ALL以CD₁₀、CD₁₉、CD₂₂和HLA-DR高频率表达为主;T-ALL以CD₂、CD₃、CD₅高频率表达为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bone marrow smears from 120 cases with acute lymphocytic leukemia （ALL） were studied by modified ABC - AP enzyme immunoassay method to evaluate the immunophenotype of ALL. The result showed that the immunophenotype of ALL in adult was not the same as in children. In our study, L₂/B-lineage ALL mainly occured in adults （66%）, whereas L₁B-lineage ALL mainly occured in children （55%）. ALL ALL cases with L₃ type belonged to B-lineage ALL. The total incidence of T-All was low though it was higher in male （M:F=1.8:1） including adult and children. The result also indicated that CD₁₀, CD₁₉, CD₂₂ and HLA-DR were usually expressed in B ALL and CD₂, CD₃, CD₅ in T- ALL.更多还原
