【摘要】 应用黄嘌呤一黄嘌呤氧化酶反应系统产生超氧负离子.以发光分析法测定市售22种保健食品清除O₂^-的活力。结果显示:在液体类保健食品中以含人参、人参果等的清除活力较高:固体及粉末类保健食品中以含洋参、珍珠粉等的清除活力较高。作者对保健食品清除O₂^-的机理及其对健康的意义进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of chemoillumination analysis, the capability of elimifiating superoxide anions (O) produced by xanthine-xanthine oxidase system in 22 kinds of commercial health food was assessed. Results showed the capability of elimination was higher either in liquid health foods containing ginsing and ginsing fruit, etc, or in solid health food containing panaquilon and pearl powder, etc. In this study, the antioxidant mechanism of these health foods and their healthful effect were discussed.更多还原
