海洋资源的开发利用与可持续发展
Exploitation and Utilization of Marine Resources and the Sustainable Development
【摘要】 从可持续发展理论出发,分析了我国海洋资源的开发现状及前景,并从21世纪战略发展的高度提出了我国海洋资源开发利用对策和措施。
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of sustainable development, this paper analyses the state and future of marine resources and puts forward the measures to develop and make full use of it according to developing-strategy of the 21st century.
