采用约束冷却减小陶瓷/金属结构残余应力
Elimination of Residual Stresses in Ceramic/Metal Strip by Constrained Cooling
【摘要】 分析条形陶瓷/金属结构在约束冷却时的残余应力场.寻求消除残余应力的过冷温度和最佳加热温度,并与无约束冷却作比较,表明采用有约束冷却是减小残余应力的有效途径.
【Abstract】 The residual stresses in ceramic/metal strip during constrained cooling are analysed.The undercooling temperature and the optimum reheat temperature needed to eliminate the residual stresses are predicted.And a comparison of unconstrained with constrained cooling indicates that the latter is an efficient way to minimize the residual stresses. [
