【Abstract】 The formula,application method and tolls of fibrin glue was discussed. Its application in 6 patients was reported. In order to obtain the optimal solidity, > 40mg/ml of fibrinogen should be used. It would coagulate immediately in the thrombin concentration > 500U/ml,and the coagulation time would be > 60 sec when thrombin concentration was < l00U/ml.Thus the different formula and tools could be selected for different goals. The applications of this and precaututions of this were recommended.更多还原
