【摘要】 通过对地木耳藻丝体染色后,发现营养细胞具有核质区、细胞色素氧化酶集中区和小型液泡;核质区无核膜,被2—6个小型液泡围绕或分隔;异形胞具有较厚的包被,细胞内一般无颗粒状贮藏物,在光镜下异形胞呈均质状,较透明,异形胞一侧或两侧各有一个塞状物;厚壁孢子因活性低,在光镜下呈均质状。更多还原

【Abstract】 After filaments are dyed, we found that nutritive cells have nudeoplasmic region, small vaeules and an area where cytochrome oxidose centrolized.
