【Abstract】 The　author　describes　the　theory　of　Zang-xiang　as　three　stages——the　generation　　stage,the　stage　from　entity　state　to　the　functional　state　and　dete　mination　stage　of　the　systemic　concepts　of　Zang-xiang　theory.Dissection　was　an　original　way　to　develop　Zang-xiang theory.It　is　analyzed　that　there　are　physiological　characteristics,physiological functions,the　interior-exterior　relationship　between　the　Zang and　Fu.That　will　effectively　correct　some　erroneous　tendency　in　methodology　of　modern　TCM　study,direct　the　study　of　TCM　to　a　correct　field　by　employing　correct　methodology　and　provide　clue　and　basis　for　the　study　of　visceral　state　theory　or　even　the　whole　TCM　theory.Study　of　the　variations　of　TCM　from　genetic　angle　is　just　the　basis　for　TCM to　develop.This　is　just　the　practical　significance　and　the　historic　significance　of　the　genetic　study.In　addition,this　article　has　also　put　forward　some　topics　that　may　have　a　great　theoretical　value　and　a　guiding　significance　for　expanding　clinical　application　of　the　Zang-fu　theory.更多还原
