【Abstract】 Thirty-two cases of solitary sphenoid sinus lesion were treated on anterior wall with sphenoidotomy through middle nasal concha,using intranasal endosopy. They were followed up from 6 to 36 months, the symptoms disappeared or improved without other complication. 2 cases were reoperated after relapse. This method is a good kind with safety and easily cleaning of sinus.更多还原
