多金属复杂铜矿的综合利用

【摘要】 某斑岩型多金属复杂铜矿,矿石质地松散易泥化,选矿有一定困难。研究证明,对硫化矿物经混合浮选—依次分离;对非硫化矿物经脱泥、脱水—磁选—依次分离,可获得钼精矿、铜精矿、硫精矿、磁铁精矿、长石精矿、石英精矿。主要伴生元素金、银、砷、锑富集在铜精矿中,可在冶炼过程中综合回收。

【Abstract】 To do concentration for porphyry multi metallic copper ore is difficult because it is saft,divergent and is easily slimed The studying proves that the concentration method for sulphide ore is mixing floatation→ separation one by one and the concentration method for non sulphide ore is desliming→ dewatering→ magnetic concentration →separation one by one,thus the molybdenum concentrate,copper concentrate,sulphide concentrate,magnetite concentrate,feldspar concentrate,silica concentrate,etc can be gained The main associated element,such as gold,silver,antimony,arsenic which are concentrated in copper concentrate can be recovered comprehensively in the melten process
